Michalina Opoka-Sadziak​

Michalina started her career in tax consulting in 2016. She specializes in corporate income tax, restructuring, and international tax law. She also provides ongoing tax support for business entities in the area of income taxes. Michalina has experience in analysing the tax aspects of reorganisation processes which she gained in the course of numerous projects conducted for both Polish and foreign entities. A law graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin, she is now attorney-at-law with the District Bar Association in Warsaw. Before joining CRIDO in 2022, Michalina used to work at a major Polish law firm and a leading tax consulting company. ​​
