Magdalena Kuźniarska

Senior Manager at CRIDO, qualified as both a tax adviser and an attorney-at-law. She specializes in representing clients in tax disputes, particularly those concerning real estate tax. For more than 10 years, she has worked with both businesses and local government entities. Her unique expertise combines an in-depth understanding of the needs and operational realities of companies with practical insight into how tax authorities, including local government tax bodies, operate and apply the law. Magdalena combines extensive experience in handling tax proceedings with a strong track record of representing clients before administrative courts, where she has helped secure a number of landmark and favorable judgments, including in cases involving the PRS sector. She also successfully leads projects in tax structuring and comprehensive real estate tax review, as well as advanced asset reviews and technical and operational analyses relevant for tax purposes. She has led teams responsible for large-scale asset inventories covering tens of thousands of fixed assets, carried out for clients in sectors such as commercial real estate, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, and telecommunications. These projects involved both highly formalized environments and assignments requiring detailed site inspections, analysis of construction documentation, and mapping of production processes. Magdalena is the author of reports and a speaker at numerous industry events, seminars, and training sessions focused on real estate tax. In her publications, presentations, and speeches, she draws on both her experience in designing advisory project strategies and her observations gained from tax dispute practice. As a result, Magdalena combines an analytical, academic approach with hands-on operational experience gained through complex, large-scale implementation projects. This combination makes her training sessions stand out for their grounding in real-life scenarios, typical risk areas, and the mistakes that shape the day-to-day reality of businesses. She collaborates with organizations from the real estate and construction sectors, including the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK). She was recognized in the 20th Dziennik Gazeta Prawna Ranking in the “Local Taxes and Fees” category, where she was awarded 2nd place. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and from the Warsaw School of Economics. She gained her professional experience at a renowned law firm and in the tax department of a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
