Compass KSeF SFTP Service is a ready-to-deploy solution for accounting firms and organisations managing multiple entities simultaneously, requiring a fully automated invoice flow with KSeF — with no IT project, no changes to existing systems, and no manual document handling.
The system cyclically monitors dedicated folders on the client’s server, validates XML files (FA3 schema), sends sales invoices to KSeF, and automatically retrieves purchase invoices for specified VAT identification numbers (NIP). Once processed, the following files are delivered to the appropriate folder: a PDF visualisation with QR code and KSeF reference number, the original XML file, and metadata in CSV or JSON format.
The service is available in a standard version (SFTP Standard) as well as extended variants with automatic classification and routing of purchase invoices, or periodic Excel reports based on the client’s own template. Pricing starts from PLN 2,500 per month.

Who is it for
For accounting firms and organisations that manage multiple entities simultaneously and require a fully automated invoice flow with KSeF — without expanding their team or launching an IT project.
- Accounting firms and bookkeeping practices — entities serving dozens or hundreds of clients at the same time, requiring centralised management of KSeF invoice exchange with full data separation between each managed entity.
- Organisations with Shared Service Centres (SSC/GBS) — companies where financial and accounting operations are centralised and require standardisation of the KSeF invoice sending and receiving process across multiple group entities.
- Organisations without in-house development resources — businesses that need KSeF integration but do not have an internal IT team capable of implementing and maintaining an API integration. The SFTP solution based on flat file exchange requires no coding on the client’s side.
- Enterprises with heterogeneous IT environments — companies using different accounting or ERP systems, where a unified SFTP folder structure provides a common denominator independent of the software in use.
