Anna Pleskowicz

Anna Pleskowicz is a tax advisor with more than 20 years of experience working with large Polish companies and international capital groups. She has advised on real estate projects involving multiple tax jurisdictions. Anna specializes in comprehensive advisory services in the area of domestic and international tax matters for the real estate sector, M&A transaction support, and restructuring projects.​ For nearly 15 years of her professional career, she was associated with EY, working in the international tax team. She joined CRIDO in 2024 from the G-City Europe Group (formerly Atrium European Real Estate Group – one of the leading owners, managers, and developers of shopping centers in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as an investor in the PRS sector), where for five years she was responsible for the tax matters of the entire group, which had operating and holding companies across Europe.​ She is a co-author of the book “Taxation of the Real Estate Market,” which presents in detail the tax issues faced by entities operating in the Polish real estate market.​ Anna is a graduate of the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), where she studied Economics with a specialization in Taxation and Controlling. She also studied at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and Maastricht University. She holds a diploma from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). ​​
