Barbara Adamczak​

Barbara is a trainee attorney-at-law at Warsaw Bar Association specialized in comprehensive M&A tax advisory. ​​ Barbara has broad experience in managing tax due diligence projects and providing on-going sell-side and buy-side transaction support in both share and asset deal scenarios (review of transaction documents or financial model from tax perspective), as well as post-transaction integration projects. She has helped design and implement multiple international and domestic transaction structures for a diversified client portfolio – both institutional clients and strategic investors. ​​ Barbara was also engaged in an on-going tax advisory for clients from different sectors: FMCG, industrial, renewable energy, IT or real estate. ​​ Barbara has graduated Warsaw University (Faculty of Law and Administration) and Warsaw School of Economics. As part of bilateral student exchange she also had opportunity to study international law at Tel-Aviv University. ​
