Kamil Karamański

Kamil started his professional career in tax advisory in 2016. From the beginning, he has been associated with Crido’s tax advisory.​​ His field of expertise focuses on corporate income tax and international taxation, including tax aspects of reorganization processes such as mergers, spin-offs, share deals and transfers of going concerns. He assists the clients with tax reviews and due diligence processes. His daily work focuses also on other areas of tax support, including tax compliance projects related to MDR and WHT aspects and defining tax strategy of the clients. He has gathered experience during numerous projects for domestic and foreign clients. He is an author of blog articles in the area of corporate income tax.​​ Kamil graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Cracow (faculty of law). He is a licensed tax advisor.​​
