Maciej Rosiński​

Maciej specialises in corporation tax matters. He has been with CRIDO since 2016. ​​ Maciej has worked on numerous business restructuring projects for both Polish and foreign investors operating, among others, in the real estate industry. His work included the preparation of tax-effective operating structures. ​​ His professional practice also includes working on transaction projects, particularly in the commercial real estate market. He provides day-to-day tax advice for Polish and foreign entities and conducts tax reviews. ​​ Maciej has a degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (UKSW). ​​ Maciej is an experienced trainer in corporation tax matters and MDRs. ​
