Mariana Batiuk

Mariana is a Manager in the Business & Digital Services department at CRIDO. She has over seven years of experience in leading projects that support the development and optimization of business processes with the use of IT tools. She specializes in business analysis, identifying organizational needs, and preparing recommendations that help clients make informed decisions regarding next steps. Her responsibilities include process modeling, developing analyses that support strategic decision-making, and creating and maintaining project and analytical documentation. She has participated in workflow system implementations as well as in analyses related to the implementation of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). In her projects, she works closely with development teams as well as business and systems analysts. She is a graduate in Finance from Lviv Polytechnic National University and AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. She gained her professional experience, among others, at one of the Big Four firms.
