Michał Hryszko

Michał is an attorney at law and holds the position of a manager at CRIDO’s CIT, transaction and restructuring team. ​ He specializes in direct taxation. Most of his work is dedicated to tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and transaction tax advisory, both with regards to local and international ventures. During his professional career he participated in projects for a diverse group of clients, from different industries, including entities operating in mining and energy industries. Michał Has also experience in advising large, state-owned entities. ​ He advised in numerous restructuring projects and transactions of a large international scale, including the structuring work in complex, multi national transactions, which required perfect communication with foreign advisors. He also has a valuable experience related to international tax law.​ Michał gained his skills and experience working for over 10 years in the field of tax advisory at several entities, including tax department of Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak, a large law firm, as well as at smaller, boutique tax advisory companies.
