CRIDO advised Resource Partners and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in the process of acquiring a majority stake in Unilogo Robotics – one of the fastest-growing Polish companies in the industrial robotics sector.

Unilogo Robotics specializes in the design and production of integrated robotic lines for filling and packaging liquid products, combining proprietary software with a modular hardware design. The company’s solutions offer ultra-fast changeovers, high operational efficiency (OEE), and flexible format handling.

Resource Partners is an independent private equity fund founded in 2009 by a team of investment professionals with international experience. Since its inception, the fund has raised three generations of capital and completed investments with a total value exceeding EUR 500 million.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is one of the largest institutional investors in Poland and has invested more than EUR 16 billion in the country since 1991.

Unilogo represents a new generation of Industry 4.0 leaders in Central and Eastern Europe—engineering-driven, software-defined companies that are globally competitive. The dynamic, modular architecture of its systems and high operational efficiency respond to the growing needs of FMCG customers, while a strong order backlog enables the expansion of production capacity, the development of after-sales services, and international growth.

The investment will allow Unilogo Robotics to accelerate its international expansion through further organic growth and acquisitions aimed at broadening the product portfolio, strengthening service capabilities, and entering additional foreign markets. The company’s founder remains actively involved in its day-to-day operations.

“We are pleased to have supported the investors in this process by providing comprehensive financial advisory services. This is an excellent example of a project where innovative technology meets mature institutional capital. The support of Resource Partners and the EBRD will create a solid foundation for the company’s further international expansion,” comments Zbigniew Jusis, Partner at CRIDO Financial Advisory.

The CRIDO team was responsible for comprehensive investor support around Financial Due Diligence and included: Zbigniew Jusis, Partner; Paweł Nowakowski, Senior Manager, Tomasz Popczyk, Senior Consultant, Kamil Grzyb, Senior Consultant; as well as Tax Due Diligence led by Mateusz Stańczyk, Partner, together with Michał Hryszko, Senior Manager, and Emilia Kmak, Senior Consultant.
