For the leading Polish chemical manufacturing company we acquired over PLN 85 m in corporation tax exemption under the new investment support scheme. We had set ourselves ambitious goals because it was not at all clear whether, under the Polish regulations, the company’s activity was covered by investment support. To this end, as part of the project, our team first consulted intensively with the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology and the Office for the Protection of Competition and Consumers (pl. UOKiK) to clear the path for the application and relevant submissions leading to a support awarding ruling.
