ESG in real estate
Our services are aimed at helping entrepreneurs to adapt their activities to the requirements arising from both existing and planned ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) regulations. We provide support to our clients in, among other things:
- preparation of non-financial reporting,
- verification of whether companies are subject to obligations resulting from legal acts in the ESG area, including the CSRD,
- analysis of applicable regulations and pending regulatory changes in the context of clients’ activities and their planned investments,
- verification that businesses have the required ESG documentation,
- preparation of relevant documentation, including policies required under the CSRD, as well as relevant procedures, mechanisms and ESG strategies setting out the company’s sustainability objectives,
- conducting due diligence on real estate for green investments;
- so-called green leases, by, among other things, preparing appropriate provisions in model leases, as well as negotiating with tenants or landlords amendments to existing contracts in this regard.
