• We comprehensively advise our Clients on group redundancy processes.
• We advise both at the stage of specifying the occupational groups and positions that are subject to the group redundancies, according to which the redundancies are to take place, as well as at the stage of preparation of the necessary documentation, in particular, an understanding or regulations on group redundancies (depending on the results of the negotiations held on this).
• We also advise on individual group redundancies, starting from the examination of whether a given employee can be dismissed and the preparation of the necessary documentation, including the formulation of the reasons for his dismissal.
• We also take part in meetings with employees.
