We offer advice on matters related to the remuneration of management boards and key staff to entities conducting regulated activities under the supervision of the PFSA.
We prepare internal regulations for Clients on salaries, including adapting them to the requirements of the EU regulations, including, in particular CRR/CRD IV.
Our advice also includes support in the process of identifying employees within the structures of companies who have a material influence on the risk profile and the preparation of policies of assessing the qualifications of members of the management and supervisory authorities.
