Project description: The subject of the transaction was a shopping and entertainment centre of a floor space of 20,000 m2 located in Suwałki, marketing goods and services of such brands as H&M, Rossmann, Reserved, CCC, Cropp, House and RTV EURO AGD. The facility is valued at € 42.3 million. The comprehensive legal and tax support included advisory services to the purchaser, a Hungarian fund, in the due diligence process, the preparation of the client’s structure for the purchase of the asset and the financing of the transaction.
