Project description: The transaction encompassed the acquisition of a debt portfolio of a value of almost 2.7 billion zlotys and was the first transaction of this type on the Polish debt management market and simultaneously one of the largest in terms of the volume of the debt portfolio in Poland. Crido Legal’s advisory services to the KRUK group included comprehensive support and the preparation of all the necessary documents, such as the preliminary share purchase agreement, as well as the accompanying documents and participation in the proceedings before the President of the OCCP on the receipt of consent for conducting the concentration.
